Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound found in and derived from the cannabis plant. Deep Tissue is a massage technique that uses slow, firm strokes and sustained pressure to target the deep layers of muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. Swedish massage is the classic massage technique used to make your body relax and free from muscle tensions.  It uses gentle strokes and less pressure than Deep Tissue Massage.  If one is looking for more of a pampered approach, or full mind-body relaxation than this treatment is for you.

Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork therapy that uses pressure to manipulate the body's joints and energy flow to improve health. Shiatsu is based on concepts from qi meridians, believed to carry energy flows through the body. The goal of shiatsu is to balance the flow of energy and reduce tension and stress. Shiatsu also can help improve circulation, reduce muscle pain and stiffness, and increase range of movement.
